What you'll receive

Common questions
Is this the same as the title deeds?
For most registered property, yes — the register is the current legal record of ownership and replaced bundles of paper deeds. The older scanned documents (conveyances, old mortgage deeds) still exist for many titles and are sold separately as the Deeds Pack.
Does it include the title plan?
No — this is the register only. If you also want the official title plan showing the boundary, choose the Official Copy of the Register & Title Plan at £15, which includes both documents at cost.
Can't I get this from gov.uk directly?
Yes. HM Land Registry charges £7 a document at gov.uk; we charge £7.50, which is that same fee plus 50p card processing and nothing else. The 50p buys you no government account to create, a plain-English breakdown of who owns the property, what they paid, any mortgage and the restrictions that actually matter, everything in one order, and a phone number that gets answered if something isn't clear. If you'd rather go direct, do — we'd rather you knew the option existed than found out afterwards.
Is this an official document?
Yes. It's an official copy issued by HM Land Registry — the same court-admissible PDF a solicitor would order, not a re-typed summary.
How do I find my title number?
You don't need it — search by postcode and pick the address, and we find the registered title for you. If you already have the title number, you can enter it directly.
Which document do I need?
Not sure? Most people want the Title Register (£7.50) — it names the owner and lists the charges and restrictions. Add the title plan only if you need the boundary map.
