Auction Pack Review

Auction purchases are unconditional — when the hammer falls, you've exchanged. The traps live in the legal pack: special conditions that load costs onto the buyer, restrictive covenants, missing searches, short leases. We read the whole pack and tell you what matters before you bid.

What you'll receive

A written review (typically 3–5 pages) covering: the special conditions of sale and any buyer-loaded costs, title issues and restrictive covenants, what's missing from the pack, lease terms where applicable, and the specific questions to put to the auctioneer or your solicitor — delivered within one working day of sending us the pack.

How it works

  1. 1Pay and check your email for instructions
  2. 2Reply with the legal pack PDFs, or the auctioneer's lot link
  3. 3A specialist reads everything and writes up the risks
  4. 4Your review arrives within one working day — in time to bid (or walk away)

Secure payment by Stripe. If the auction is imminent, tell us the date when you send the pack and we'll prioritise.
