Auction Pack Review
Auction purchases are unconditional — when the hammer falls, you've exchanged. The traps live in the legal pack: special conditions that load costs onto the buyer, restrictive covenants, missing searches, short leases. We read the whole pack and tell you what matters before you bid.
What you'll receive
A written review (typically 3–5 pages) covering: the special conditions of sale and any buyer-loaded costs, title issues and restrictive covenants, what's missing from the pack, lease terms where applicable, and the specific questions to put to the auctioneer or your solicitor — delivered within one working day of sending us the pack.
How it works
- 1Pay and check your email for instructions
- 2Reply with the legal pack PDFs, or the auctioneer's lot link
- 3A specialist reads everything and writes up the risks
- 4Your review arrives within one working day — in time to bid (or walk away)
Secure payment by Stripe. If the auction is imminent, tell us the date when you send the pack and we'll prioritise.
