We have Exchanged contracts for the sale of C. 20 acres of greenbelt land adjacent to the settlement boundary on the outskirts of St Albans. The land will be promoted through the local plan over the coming years to provide c. 100 new homes, well needed services to the local area and vast public open spaces.
